NKY Housing Study Data Now Available

A new resource is available for community leaders seeking to understand the state of housing inventory and cost as related to Northern Kentucky’s job market, household demographics and commuting patterns. The Housing Data Study was commissioned by the eight fiscal courts that are a part of the Northern Kentucky Area Development District (NKADD) in partnership with CVG Airport, with NKADD serving as administrator. While this is not a plan, with housing playing such a key role in workforce retention and attraction, community leaders saw the completion of this study as a key resource to inform future discussion.
